APPLICATIONS SOUGHT FOR ANZ and ABIF RURAL LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP

NZ KELLOGG RURAL LEADERS PROGRAMME 2013 AT LINCOLN UNIVERSITY

The Kellogg Rural Leaders program works with people from rural backgrounds to realise their leadership potential. There are 3 phases to the program: 2 residential phases totalling 3 weeks full time at Lincoln University in Christchurch and the second in Wellington, and a project on a topic of your own choice, between Phases 1 and 3.

This programme will secure your place in the future of Australian agribusiness, develop your communication skills and increase your confidence in your negotiation and decision-making ability, develop an understanding of the issues common to all sectors of the rural industry and learn how to investigate and report on an issue.

If you are passionate about the future of the beef industry and are looking to play a leadership role in the future, this program is for you! The Australia & New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) and the Australian Beef Industry Foundation (ABIF) would like to offer our support and work with you to increase your leadership skills and develop solid networks within our industry here in Australia and also abroad. You will need to hold an Australian passport.

For more details on the program we refer you to www.lincoln.ac.nz/krlp. With the support of ANZ and Lincoln University, we are seeking applications to info@abif.com.au by Friday 22nd September 2012.

The application and referee forms can be found on the Lincoln University website above and should be submitted in the first place to the ABIF email address or mailed to: Australian Beef Industry Foundation, PO Box 1368, WARRAGUL, VIC 3820.
